Wording For Western Themed Party Invitation

* The appointment for this interview has been set in the studios of 22 Saxon Avenue in Rimini where, since September 1, 2010 Tele1 began broadcasting, the television center owned by Germano Zama that the territory is directed by Francesco Cesarini, Riccione in 1971, who welcomes us into his office.

Your official entry into television was young, in Telesanmarino, the station founded by your father Marzio in 1989: an extraordinary professional school to which you could learn the job you are doing today. As you have taken the first steps?
I basically grew up in television: in 1978 my father was becoming a director of Tele Seagull, also was sent to the Courier Sports Stadium in the area: I still remember the pieces lay-arm on the phone immediately after a football game. It was incredible, not a word wrong and I was wondering: "But how? As ago? "

One of the first areas in which you competed was, precisely, the football ...
The dream of all children. I played as a striker military in various teams until the series C throughout Italy. I took the sport very seriously, but I enjoyed it very much, and football has taught me a lot and got good friends.

Meanwhile you found time to pursue his university studies to entering the world of journalism.
I would have liked a university career, but the attraction for the media was strongest: as a child I was often the trailer in March, with four hands which wrote the first articles then enter Telesanmarino.

How were the beginnings? Duri. My first piece was aired after three months, and I was the owner's son!

Do you remember your first service as a journalist? was dedicated to the pre-match challenge to the world of football, played Nigeria. I had to interview some non-EU vendors, most of whom fled as soon as he saw the camera.

you ever 'stuck'? MistFest of the Catholic in 1994, I interviewed Monica Bellucci in a review on the yellow and mysteries. I said: "Monica Bellucci: a monster of a Catholic beauty." I do not remember the answer. I paralizzai: a woman so beautiful that I had never seen her near.

What is one of your greatest professional satisfaction? Having credited LA8 territory in recent years.

An episode you remember most?
In 2002 there were 25 at the Fiera di Rimini TV around Mikhail Gorbachev, intevenuto to "Recycle". I was on the cameraman with equipment very dated, my father, who moved among the crowd of reporters with his stick. To "question time", all raised their hand him the stick. And Gorbachev pointed. "Cesarini Marzio di Gabbiano Tv" he said, and the president had to explain who we were. All these TV then asked to listen to the tape.

At 33, the untimely death of your father in 2004, you became director of LA8: how to live this job?
In a totalitarian. In the first period I was also writing in 13 hours: it was wrong, but maybe it was a way to stay close to those who no longer there. I was lucky enough to learn it also technical and I know every facet. For this with the staff are very demanding but I am first of all by myself. The secret is to enhance the capabilities of those working near you and delegate.

Now?
I became dad and it makes you grow. Learn how to give proper value to the work: you understand that you grant only if it paradoxically does not make. And then from a square becomes a circle: the more available and flexible in the trade as a journalist at the bottom of the highest quality and listening.

with you in the company is also your partner Daniela. How is it working together?

stimulant. We have been together since we have 17 years: it is my most intimate enemies - he jokes. With her is a continuous effort to grow and learn from each other, together. Without his contribution I could not do anything about what I did.

How does your typical day at work? Porto
my son to kindergarten, I read the papers, arrive at the office around 9:30 check email, I read the newspapers to see if we took the 'gaps'. Then coordinate the journalists who come for services. I am fortunate to work with Simona Cesarini, a professional of great value, and Sergio Cingolani flexible and durable, plus all the technicians who help me in other productions. Then there is the commercial aspect: very important because it gives you great freedom when you think of having to "be accountable" only to the people and the public that follows you.

From September 2010 on six Tele1 (www.tele1.tv): As has been reflected this project and what will be the first steps?
Germano Zama, an entrepreneur in the fashion industry and publisher telvisivo, pointing to the quality of the product with a project that won me over. We talked for a couple of years and the eve of the digital terrestrial LA8 I decided to leave, a beautiful experience, to accept a new challenge: to become the TV, in fact and not by name, of the Romagna.

tell us something on the schedule? First, a Tg

even richer thanks to the support of colleagues in Faenza, led by Maurizio Marchesi. Riprenderemoil "Come and have coffee with us" "The bell" with schools protagonists. Then a lot of sport: the Serie A with Cesena Amateur football to basketball with the exclusive Crabs Rimini and Imola AGET many more surprises.

Where do you see yourself in 20 years?
I now am a happy person, knowing that when you are happy you are not shiny, it is not a state that lasts forever. But at least I'm aware of. It is this: in 20 years I hope to be at least close to the state where I am right now.

How To Adjust The Resistance Of Resistance Bands

Silvano

Silvano Cardellini I met in 2004 when it participated in press conferences that I organized. It came with a slow pace, his cap fell on his head, his glasses in the middle of the nose. His colleagues, if they saw him, I asked "Silvano is?" because if he was there, then there was the news. Otherwise, no. After the conference, he stopped to confabulation with other journalists, that is by turns ironic and respectfully asked him to cut that would give the article: here too, did the school. He had a very difficult when composing his phone number did you know that he would answer more than a 'yes' and you were playing in seconds. It seemed a bit 'grumpy - maybe he really was - and at first I awe of him. Sometimes I scold - "You can call me any time to ask if I received the press release!" - But he passed away and then, more available, I listened. So there was little because I wanted to become attached to him and raised him to the role - not that I ever knew - a teacher.

One day they told me it was bad and I had also explained why: I addolorai much as I was delighted, after a long period of time, to review progress from the armchairs of yet another conference, greet me and take a seat. I remember one morning and the Sole 24 Ore North Center published a preview of a news story that we would give a press conference that day, when I called to see if he would come, he said reproachfully: "The news is burned, do not do this! Come to do What?" . Then came, took me aside and told me, to my great surprise: "I just came over to you."

Recently, when he struggled to move and he also felt pain - even if it gave you to see - I took him at a press conference in the car: we talked of this and that but not of his illness, of which perhaps there was nothing to say, because it was there, you could see, could feel it. Who does not know who it was, I introduced him as "Silvano Cardellini, the great journalist of Il Resto del Carlino", and were amazed to see small, bundled up, almost camouflaged among cap, goggles and scarf. One evening I had gone to visit him in the newsroom: Although the Pug had already closed the edition of Rimini, seemed to have more work to do. He stopped to chat a bit happy 'with me, then got a phone call. It was his wife who was waiting below: of a sudden - this is the impression that I drew - seemed to shrug off his mask as a journalist, his aplomb. He pulled up all smiles, his eyes shining. Planted everything there, as it was, took his coat and went down the stairs in a gallop. Followed him, I just said goodbye, he flew over the Piazza Cavour and lost sight of.

the day of his funeral in the Cathedral, when they brought out the coffin, one of the porters asked me if I wanted to support it. I said no, with difficulty, but I regretted immediately. No, because who was I to deserve this honor? I was sorry but much, because it seemed to deny him one last favor. And I had him, and how! Still think of it, and I wish I had: If I could I'd give it a happy phone call to explain everything. But that code should do to call you in heaven?

E ', is not

It's not that I do not have topics to write about, is that I want to do it. In the end, who cares? Mmm, this sounds nice and good crisis. I have a couple of articles - in fact 4 - to be delivered, and I'm procrastinating skillfully, even lying to myself in their number!
Today someone told me how nice you in Rimini, two football pitches on the beach and a dip in the sea. I've been here ten years, I never did. In winter, summer, and in all seasons if you live in Rimini is one thing, unless you're not fancazzista or retired, if you're from another tourist. At best, walking, checking the size of my waist and promise: tomorrow, diet, diet tomorrow. Maybe tomorrow.
These are 12:15 but the room from which I write is already dipping into the shadows, due to bad insulation. In the dark I'm not well. Outside there is a lot of light, is a beautiful September. But I do not.
